Triage is open at every hour. Patients are assessed on arrival and seen in order of clinical severity.

Delivery rooms are staffed at every hour by certified midwives, with an operating theatre available.
Laboratory Tests
Haematology, biochemistry, microbiology and rapid tests are processed on site, most within the hour.

We are a licensed polyclinic in Rubavu District, and our doors are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Come for a consultation, a laboratory test, a scan, a dental appointment, care through your pregnancy, or help in an emergency — at any hour, someone is here to see you.
Ten departments work under one roof, so you are not sent from one place to another to be treated. Our doctors, midwives, nurses, paramedical staff and pharmacists are all registered, and they are there to orient you in the language you are most comfortable with. Insurance is accepted — ask at reception which schemes we work with.
