These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Ndengera CBC Polyclinic website. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using this website, including booking an appointment, sending a message, or commenting on a news article, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
This website, including its appointment booking form, is for non-emergency use. It is not monitored around the clock for urgent messages.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including active labor, do not use this website. Call our 24/7 triage line immediately or come directly to our emergency desk in Rubavu.
The health news and educational content on this website is provided for general information only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment given in person by a qualified clinician.
Always seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this website.
Submitting the appointment form sends a booking request to Ndengera CBC Polyclinic; it does not guarantee that your exact preferred date, time, or doctor will be available. Our reception team will contact you by phone if any adjustment is needed.
Please arrive on time and bring the identification and insurance documents relevant to your visit. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect future booking priority.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so that we can reach you about your appointment.
Messages sent through the contact form, including those addressed to a specific doctor, are typically reviewed within one business day, but response times are not guaranteed and may be longer during high demand or public holidays. Do not use the contact form for urgent or emergency matters.
When you leave a comment on a news article, you confirm that the name and phone number you provide are genuine, and that your comment is respectful, accurate to your own account, and does not contain hate speech, harassment, medical misinformation, spam, or content that violates the rights of others.
All comments are reviewed by our staff before they are published, and we may decline to publish, or may remove, any comment at our discretion. Marking an article as useful requires a phone number solely to confirm you are a genuine visitor; it does not create a public account or profile.
The Staff Portal is restricted to authorized Ndengera CBC Polyclinic personnel. Attempting to access it without authorization, or to interfere with the website's normal operation, is prohibited.
